Since all products sold on ProzoneDigital are digital goods, refunds cannot be issued after the product is delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

• You were charged but did NOT receive the product

• Duplicate payments

• Wrong product delivered by mistake

Refunds are NOT provided for:

• Download completed

• Access link delivered

• User changed their mind

• Inability to operate or learn the software

• Already downloaded assets

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
